Overall due diligence
Insufficient evidence
Records consist solely of two 1978 election losses with no further biographical, office, integrity, corporate or litigation entries, so the public record is too limited to assess.
Electoral resilience
Open
Records show two 1978 losses (federal P68 Raub and state N16 Bandar Raub); no later contests on file, so a trend cannot be established.
Political continuity
Open
Only one party affiliation is recorded (DAP, 1978); no later party or coalition changes are documented.
Integrity signal
Open
No allegations, charges, acquittals or dismissals appear in the records; absence of records is not evidence of clearance.
Financial / corporate
Open
No SSM company searches, asset declarations, credit records or Auditor-General findings are included in the records.

The public record supplied for Wan Sai Kai is limited to two 1978 election losses as a DAP candidate in Raub (federal) and Bandar Raub (Pahang state), and contains no later information on office-holding, integrity, corporate exposure, finances, networks or media reputation. Under the evidence rules, absence of records is not evidence of clearance, so every dimension outside those two candidacies is marked "open" and the overall rating is "insufficient". Enhanced due diligence is not triggered by what the records show, but the nextSteps list concrete official checks (SPR, SSM, court registry, MACC, Hansard, media archives) needed before any meaningful assessment can be made.
