The provided record set is limited to three official SPR state-election results for Bahau, Negeri Sembilan, in which See Ah Kow won the seat twice for MCA/BN (1995, 1999) before losing in 2004. There is no reporting in the file on tenure, post-electoral roles, corporate exposure, financial transparency, or any legal or regulatory matters. Substantive due-diligence areas are therefore marked open rather than cleared, and concrete verification steps at SPR, Hansard, SSM, the Courts portal and MACC are needed before any further judgment can be made.
