Overall due diligence
Insufficient evidence

Political continuity

How much due-diligence attention each area needs — not a finding of wrongdoing.
No office-holding documented in the file; 1995 candidacy did not result in a seat.
Only a single electoral filing is on record; no documented roles, alliances or patronage links.
No public office or contract-awarding capacity is documented.
No SSM, GLC or director-role data in the file.
No court-registry records, civil or criminal matters on file.
No MACC, police or regulatory findings on record.
No asset declarations, beneficial-ownership filings or audit material in the file.
Only an official election result is on file; no reporting or reputational records provided.
The file contains a single official record: Paruwadi bin Musa contested the 1995 general election as an independent in P167 Santubong and lost with 1,791 votes. No office-holding, party affiliation, corporate role, financial disclosure, litigation or media reporting is documented. Because the records are limited to this one election result, an overall rating beyond "insufficient" cannot be supported, and all non-electoral dimensions are marked "open". Enhanced due diligence is not triggered by what is on file; the next steps above set out concrete official checks needed before any further rating can be assigned.
