The supplied records contain only two election results; no office, asset, court or regulatory data is on file to assess.
Electoral resilience
Low

Political continuity
Stable
Both candidatures were under the same party banner (SEDAR) with no recorded party switch.
Integrity signal

No allegations, charges, convictions, acquittals or dismissals appear in the supplied records.

No SSM company-search, asset-declaration, Auditor-General or related records are in the file.
How much due-diligence attention each area needs — not a finding of wrongdoing.
Records show no elected or appointed office; PEP status is not established.
Two unsuccessful candidacies under a minor party do not, on the record, indicate a network of influence.
No office or GLC role is documented, so no procurement interface can be assessed.
No SSM or GLC records are in the file.
No court-registry or news records of civil or criminal proceedings are supplied.
No MACC, PDRM, Bank Negara or other regulatory findings are on file.
No asset declarations, tax filings or auditor reports are in the supplied record.
No media coverage beyond the two election results is documented.
The supplied file on Othman bin Abdillah contains only two pieces of information: his losses as a SEDAR candidate in N7 Samariang (2021, 535 votes) and P194 Petra Jaya (2022, 1,036 votes). No office, business, litigation or media record is on file, so most areas must be marked "open" and an overall rating cannot be sustained beyond "insufficient". Enhanced due diligence is not yet triggered by anything in the records themselves; the next steps above are the concrete checks needed to build a fuller picture.
