Overall due diligence
Insufficient evidence
The supplied records contain only three historical election results and no reporting on office, integrity, finances or litigation, so an assessment cannot be supported.
Electoral resilience
Low
Three contestations on record, all losses: 1964 parliamentary (P. Lipis), 1964 state (N. Kuala Lipis) and 1982 state (N. Jenderak). No winning record in the supplied files.
Political continuity
Stable
All three candidacies were under PAS in Pahang/Lipis-area seats, indicating a consistent party affiliation across the period covered.
Integrity signal
Open
No allegations, charges or court matters appear in the records; absence of records is not evidence of a clean record.
Financial / corporate
Open
No company-registry, asset, donation or credit checks are present in the supplied records.
How much due-diligence attention each area needs — not a finding of wrongdoing.
No record of any elected or appointed office held; cannot be assessed from the supplied files.

No record of any office that would interface with procurement.
No company-registry or directorship records provided.
No court, regulator or MACC records in the supplied files.
No findings, charges or sanctions on record.
No asset, income, donation or audit disclosures in the supplied records.
No media or reputational reporting provided beyond tabulated election results.
The supplied records contain only three historical election results for Nik Ahmad bin Nik Man, all as a PAS candidate in Pahang and all losses (1964 parliamentary P.64 Lipis, 1964 state N. Kuala Lipis, 1982 state N.8 Jenderak). Because no reporting on office, integrity, corporate roles, litigation or assets is provided, every substantive dimension is left unassessed and the overall rating is "insufficient." The absence of records is not evidence of a clean record; the nextSteps set out concrete official sources that should be checked before any further judgement is made.
