The supplied records establish only that Ngoi Thiam Woh contested three Malaysian elections as a DAP candidate between 1982 and 1990, losing his first (N10 Jalong, 1982) but winning the next two (P65 Kampar in 1986 and N16 Jalong in 1990) with comfortable majorities. No information is on file about any office held after 1990, about corporate roles, finances, networks, litigation or regulatory matters, so every due-diligence dimension beyond electoral history is "open." Enhanced due diligence is not warranted by the record as it stands, but voters should not treat the thin file as evidence of a clean record; the next-steps list spells out the official sources to consult to complete the picture.
