Only the PBB/BN affiliation in two elections is on record; no documented relationships.
No procurement, contract or ministry records provided.
No company or GLC directorships on record.
No court or MACC records provided.
No regulatory or criminal findings documented.
No asset, income or wealth declarations provided.

The records establish only that Mutang Tagal won the Bukit Mas parliamentary seat for PBB/BN at GE6 (1982, unopposed) and GE7 (1986, majority 5,863). There is no information in the records on any office held after 1986, any corporate role, any litigation or any integrity matter, so most due-diligence areas must be marked "open" and the overall rating set to "insufficient" until further checks are completed.
