Current
Overall due diligence
Moderate
Enhanced due diligence required
Records cover only election results; enhanced due diligence is needed as integrity, corporate, asset and litigation checks remain unverified.
Electoral resilience
Low
Won one of four contested state seats (2018 Bukit Naning, majority 1,552) and lost three times including the most recent contest in 2026.
Political continuity
Stable
Has contested all four elections under PKR, aligned with PR (2013) and PH (2018–2026) without a recorded party switch.
Integrity signal
Open
Records contain no allegations, charges, acquittals or convictions; this reflects absence of records, not a clean record.
Financial / corporate
Open
No SSM, asset-declaration, credit or beneficial-ownership checks are present in the records.
How much due-diligence attention each area needs — not a finding of wrongdoing.
Served one term as a Johor state assemblyman (2018–2022); no executive or federal office on record.
Records do not document cabinet, GLC, party-position or patronage relationships.
No procurement, contract, or agency-leadership records are in the file.
No company, director-shareholder or GLC records are present.
No civil, tribunal, or court-registry records are in the file.
No MACC, police, regulatory or disciplinary records are present.
No asset declarations, tax, credit or beneficial-ownership records are present.
No media or watchdog reports are in the records.
Records establish Md Ysahrudin bin Kusni as a PKR Johor politician who served a single term as Bukit Naning ADUN (2018–2022) before losing the seat in 2022 and again in 2026. Beyond the four election results, the file contains no corporate, asset, regulatory or litigation data, so most standard due-diligence dimensions remain open. The absence of any allegation or finding is not, on its own, evidence of a clean record and should be verified through SSM, court-registry, MACC and asset-declaration checks before reliance is placed on this profile.
