The file contains a single official election result — a 1995 loss in P14 Merbok under the S46/APU banner. There is no documented evidence of any subsequent office, party affiliation, corporate role, litigation, regulatory finding or media profile, so every diligence dimension except the 1995 result is marked "open." The public record is limited to those results; nextSteps set out concrete official-source checks (SPR, ROS, SSM, court registry, MACC, Hansard) needed before any higher assessment can be issued.
