The available records establish Lim Ban Hong only as an MCA/BN politician with a four-election track record in Melaka (two wins, one loss at N14 Kelebang; one federal loss at P136 Tangga Batu in 2022) and currently serving as the N14 Kelebang state assemblyman. No corporate, financial, litigation, regulatory or reputational information is present in the file, so the standard due-diligence dimensions remain unverified. Enhanced diligence is therefore recommended primarily to close these open checks rather than to address any specific adverse indicator on record.
