The due-diligence file on Krisnasamy a/l Thevarayan contains only two official 2004 election results — both losses as an independent in P111 Kota Raja and Selangor N50 Sri Muda — with vote shares of 3,608 and 1,725 respectively. No office held, party affiliation beyond "BEBAS", corporate role, asset disclosure, regulatory finding or court matter is on record. Because the record set is this thin, an overall due-diligence rating cannot be assigned beyond "insufficient"; the right next step is to widen official-source checks (SPR, SSM, courts, MACC) before drawing any conclusion on exposure.
