Overall due diligence
Insufficient evidence
Records consist only of two official election results; no reporting on officeholding, integrity, corporate or financial matters is available to assess exposure.
Electoral resilience
Low
Both recorded contests were losses with modest vote shares in the same Sabah interior seat area (Pensiangan / Nabawan).
Political continuity
Open
Only KDM (Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat) is documented across the two records; longer party path and any switches are not on file.
Integrity signal
Open
No allegation, charge, conviction, acquittal or dismissal is recorded; absence of records is not evidence of a clean record.
Financial / corporate
Open
No company-registry, asset-declaration, credit or contract data on file.
How much due-diligence attention each area needs — not a finding of wrongdoing.
Records do not show any held office, so PEP exposure cannot be characterised from these data alone.
Only KDM candidacy is documented; no coalition, faction or patron relationships are on file.
No office or contract records to indicate any procurement interface.
No SSM, GLC or directorship records provided.
No court-registry or case reporting on file.
No MACC, PDRM, statutory or regulatory findings on file.
No asset declarations, donor disclosures or financial filings on file.
Only neutral official election-result reporting is on file; no reputational or media coverage provided.
The public record provided is limited to two election losses as a KDM candidate in the Sabah interior (P182 Pensiangan in 2022 and N46 Nabawan in 2025). With only neutral official results on file, no assessment of integrity, corporate exposure, networks or finances can be made, and most diligence areas remain open. Verdict is not appropriate from this dataset; substantive checks against SSM, court registries, MACC and local media are needed before a fuller picture is possible.
