The record is that of a three-term elected representative who has held Raub since 2022 and previously sat in the Pahang assembly from 2013, with a documented adviser role to a durian-farmers alliance and frequent parliamentary interventions on PLKN, durian farming, pig exports and civil-service rules. The one integrity-relevant item is an April 2025 arrest for allegedly obstructing public servants during a Raub enforcement operation, followed by release on police bail; the records show no charge, conviction or outcome. Corporate, GLC, asset-declaration and court-registry checks are absent, so financial and commercial interests remain unverified. Overall attention is moderate with enhanced due diligence on the legal matter and on undisclosed business interests.
