The public record provided for Abang Mohd Kassim bin Abang Mohd Taha is limited to a single verified item: a 1983 loss in the Sarawak state election for the N8 Muara Tuang seat under SUDP with 292 votes. No offices, party affiliations after 1983, corporate roles, assets, network ties or legal matters are documented, so every dimension beyond that one result is marked "open" and the overall level is "insufficient." The absence of records should not be read as a clean profile, and the next steps list concrete Malaysian official sources (SPR, SSM, MACC, court registries, Hansard) to expand the file before any rating is assigned.
